will receive a certificate to cover the cost of your first month's line
fee. After 12 consecutive months of MCI service, you will receive a
second certificate for an additional month's line fee. You must remain
an MCI customer for one year to receive the second certificate. Limit
one bonus offer and/or program per customer and/or account. Offer
